About Us

We Are Here For Discovery

Scout is guided by a Single North Star:

The Disciplined Pursuit Of Technical Excellence In Mineral Exploration, charting a new path to discovery.

This commitment shapes how Scout is built, how decisions are made, and how capital is deployed. It reflects a belief that durable discovery emerges from rigorous geology, vertically integrated execution, and consistent application of our technical craft across projects and cycles.

A Focused Discovery Company Built On Experience, Vertical Integration, And Technology

Scout is a US-based mineral exploration company. Our company brings together an established technical and leadership team with deep experience in discovery-driven exploration across the United States and globally. Scout was formed with a clear purpose: to apply advanced exploration methods with a new business model across prospective jurisdictions.

An Established Team

Scout’s leadership and technical team bring extensive experience from previous exploration and mining companies, including senior roles held at Newmont Mining, EMX Royalty Corp, and others. That combined experience informs Scout’s approach to project generation, portfolio development, and technically supported decision-making.

Jurisdiction

One of Few US-based Companies Solely Focused on Mineral Discovery

Scout is headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Our team brings extensive operational experience across multiple prospective jurisdictions, working within varied geological settings, land management frameworks, and permitting environments.

This operating footprint allows Scout to apply its exploration process across diverse terrains and mineral systems while maintaining the continuity and field presence required for successful execution.

A Geographic Footprint Built For Scale

Scout focuses on identifying and advancing exploration opportunities where our modern discovery approaches can locate underexplored regions. Many prospective areas have seen limited application of contemporary mineral system models and integrated datasets, creating opportunity for re-evaluation by Scout.

Our portfolio reflects this approach, emphasizing scale, diversity of geological setting, and the ability to apply a consistent exploration framework across large regions rather than concentrating on a small number of districts.

A Curated Pipeline Of Opportunities

Scout has assembled a portfolio of projects with Tier One potential. These projects anchor a broader pipeline spanning early-stage evaluation through drill-ready opportunities, reflecting Scout’s portfolio-based approach to discovery. Core assets currently include:

Copper-Molybdenum

Cuddy Mountain

Expand on historic intercepts of 177m @ 0.34% Cu from surface adjacent to Hercules discovery, among tier one scale targets

Gold

Elk City

Highlight 2023 Scout drilling of 100.6m @ 1.2 g/t Au from surface, +35 km mineralized target-rich shear zone, northern continuation of the Stibnite gold district

Gold-Copper

Speed Goat

Outcropping porphyry gold-copper system with previous Scout drilling including 357.5m (from 0-357.5m) @ 0.35 g/t Au, 0.11% Cu, 1.66 g/t Ag (0.46 g/t AuEQ; 0.52% CuEQ)

A DISCOVERY-FOCUSED BUSINESS MODEL

Scout operates as a vertically integrated discovery machine. Our company advances projects from concept generation through structured exploration, drilling, and resource delineation to establish technical merit and economic potential.

As projects mature, Scout seeks aligned joint venture partners to support further advancement and commercialization so we can maintain a focus on discovery, not building mines.

Integrated Capability From Idea To Resource Definition

Scout maintains internal core drilling and exploration capabilities, allowing the company to manage projects from initial staking through advanced stages. We also deploy our teams as operators for joint venture partners and third parties to drive sustainable revenue. This integration supports tighter cost controls, faster feedback between data and interpretation, and consistent execution across the portfolio.

By vertically aligning key exploration services in-house, Scout directs a greater share of resources toward active exploration work, increasing the likelihood that capital deployed produces meaningful geological results. Revenue generation minimizes dilution for shareholders over the long term.
